Project MKULTRA

Project MKULTRA is code name for an underground, illegal Central Intelligence Agency’s human research program. The program is provided direct oversight and control by the Office of Scientific Intelligence. This covert government operation started its operation in the early 1950’s and officially ended in 1973.This program was the last in its era to study interrogation, mind control, behavior modification and human experimentation.
