Alphabetic writing systems

Writing is not my favorite thing to do at all, I tend to get distracted but at the same time I can not concentrate without them. Many of my of those distractions can be friends, background music, cell phones or music. My question for everyone is can distractions or the way you sit affect the way you write? For me I need movement around me when I am writing it helps me stay focused, I can’t stand the silence. My writing process starts with me walking to the library after lunch. I tend to look for
