Lifestyle Assessment I am a fairly healthy person. I have no predisposing factors contributing to diseases like hypertension, stroke, or diabetes (healthfinder 2017). Although I do have severe allergies from my recent visit to the allergist I have found that I am allergic to every kind of tree, mold, dust, animal (cat and dog), and pollen.
