Some of the most important functions performed by the human resource management members or the human resource managers are:

  • The first function performed is to plan the human resources. • The second most important function is to recruit and do new selection or in other words, it can be said that new hiring for the company is to be done. Attracting people towards the company initiates with the employee brand. If the employer is attractive from the aspect of providing a lot of advantages, then the process of recruitment and selection becomes easier for the fact that people will be attracted to work in that particular company or organization.

Rewards not only include salary but also the growth of career opportunities, status, recognition, to provide performance appraisal, and so on. The rewards can be in terms of cash or kind.
