Chapter 26, Problem 3CYU
Summary Introduction
To review:
The mechanism due to which the probability of fertilization gets increased due to female orgasm.
Introduction:
During sexual pleasure, the blood supply to the female reproductive and accessory organs gets increased. The vaginal mucosa, breasts, and vestibule get richly supplied during the excitement and the nipples and clitoris get erect. There is a similarity between these events and the male’s erection phase. Sexual pleasure and excitement in females are known as an orgasm.
