Question
You are working for a company called International Road Dynamics' located in Saskatoon Saskatchewan on an improved over height vehicle detection system.
The new system has a sensor when the vehicle height is detected above 5 meters.
OVER HEIGHT
LOAD
WHEN LIGHTS
FLASH
If the height > 5 meters we want to flash the warning light (single light) for 0.5 second every 0.8 seconds.
If the vehicle height is below 5 meters the light is off.
The height sensor provides a +8V output pulse, with a very low source resistance.
Assume the light control is via a 12V 100 mA relay. You have +/-12V supplies available to you.
Using parts and circuits covered in the lecture and lab, implement a solution to this problem.
NOTE. Show all steps and work involved in developing your design
