calculates the sum up to the terms of the following sequence.
• The general form of the sequence : an = 3n + 2
• Assume that the input is a natural number.
• Design a recursive function.
• The program should repeatedly accept an input until the user
enters -1.
• You must satisfy the format presented below. If it is different
from the format below, it will be treated incorrectly.
• You can also write a printf using commented statements.
• You can not use any iteration.(e.g. while, for)
