Pueblo Indians, who live in settlements known as Pueblos are North American tribes. They are considered descent from a prehistoric Pueblo people. This culture and people is located parts of Arizona and that of New Mexico. Though the religious beliefs and cultural practices differ across pueblo villages, they uphold certain commonalities regarding nature, fertility, spirit and other elements. Under the influence of colonialism, they had to accept elements western religion into their culture and belief. Some incorporated Christianity simultaneously retaining their traditional belief system, and thus creating a blended system of religious worship.
