What is the best leadership style?
There are different types of leadership styles that have been identified, such as autocratic, ,delegative and participative or democratic.
However leadership mainly boils down into two different styles:
1 Task-oriented –this is more focused on getting things done the desired way
2 People-oriented leadership. It is more concerned about how people feel About work. Although different styles of leadership can be effective in different situation based on demand of the work and situation.
However among all democratic leadership is considered as most effective way of leadership.
