The parties involved in the collaboration must all feel that they gain from participating.

Collaborative management is the coordination of efforts between managers, supervisors, and employees to attain common objectives. In collaborative management environment a team of manager or supervisors work together to ensure that the goals of organization and success of it is achieved, instead of appointing management responsibilities to a single individual. Managers use various techniques to work together as a team. It help the organization to ensure their progress by allowing managers to combine their efforts of knowledge with employees skills.
