What does this mean?: Create a use case diagram with flows and alternative flows for an online shopping scenario.  What I am mostly asking is what are alternative flows for a use case diagram? Do i need to create a regular use case diagram and then a seperate documentation that addresses the alternative flows? What does the main question want?

I'm designing an ER diagram for a project and I have to represent an entity called User, with the attributes: Username, Password and Role.   But the role contains (Supervisor and Farmer)   My question is should role be a multivalue property (attribute) or should it be two separate entities?   Either way, how would it be represented in the ER diagram? (if it was an attribute or two entities)

I need help making a data flow diagram for the following use cases:  Intro/Homepage: This first case will be used to give the user the first look at what the whole project is about. They see the beginning stage and interact with all the links to the movies, characters, and descriptions.  Browse MCU Shows: This case will be for the customers and users to be able to navigate through the feature and see what they are specifically. They can use it to find which exact Marvel Cinematic Universe movie/show they wish to watch and see what character they like.  View MCU Movie Details: This case will be for users to get more information about specific Marvel movies/shows. It will give more details like the cast, the run time, the review score, the characters involved and etc.
