As the atomic number increases, the number of unpaired electrons also increases in case of d-block elements from scandium to cromium(left to right). So metallic bonds between these atoms are very strong and require greater amount of energy to break these bonds. So they have higher boiling point.

The boiling points increase because the number of electrons increases, as does the radius of the atom. The greater the number of electrons and the greater the distance over which they can move, the greater the possibility of temporary dipoles and, consequently, the greater the dispersion forces.
