**Roulette**
Using the programming practices learned, you are to create a well-documented Java program that will simulate the game of Roulette. In the program, you will create the following methods:
- **placeBetType()** - User will decide what kind of bet to make from the list below;
- **placeBetAmount()** - User will place a bet amount from 1 to 100 dollars;
- **spinWheel()** - The program will "spin the wheel" by generating a random number from 0 to 36;
- **calculateWinnings()** - If the user won, the program will determine how much based on the odds as listed below;
- **determineCurrentDollars()** - The program will add the winnings from the last spin (or subtract the amount lost) and adjust the player's current total.
The program will continue until either the user has no money left or places a bet of -1$ which indicates that the user wants to leave.
A player will start with 500 dollars. After each spin, or when quitting, the user will get an update of his current dollar amount.
The user should be able to place a bet from a simple menu selection.

- **Payoff:** 3 times the amount of bet
4. **Second third (between 13 and 24):**
- **Payoff:** 3 times the amount of bet
5. **Last third (between 25 and 36):**
- **Payoff:** 3 times the amount of bet
- *Note:* 0 is in none of these categories
6. **Picking a single number:**
- The user "guesses" what the random number will be before the spin. 0 may be chosen as a possible number here.
- **Payoff:** 36 times the amount of bet
