
The most challenging problem that I have encountered in the organization
working with is the emerging trends in information technology. The use of
information technology and the internet are the main factors incorporated in
every company or business organization. The challenge is the training of
employees to cope with the frequent changes in information technology.
Since information technology changes without prediction, an organization
should train the employees after some time on the emerging trends in
information technology. The organization I am working with does not offer
any training to the employees on the emerging trends in information
technology. The employees are facing challenges of difficulties when using
the current equipment related to information ion technology. The
organization is forced to outsource many services related to information
technology and other technical services from outside companies. However,
the company is forced to incur more expenses in outsourcing the services
instead of training its employees and offering the necessary equipment.
As HR executives, your manager asks your group to prepare a project for
solving this problem, supporting your option stressing the following areas:

3. Recruitment and Selection
4. Training and Development
