Design a TCP Client/Server (Multithreaded) Tic Tac Toe game
that works as follows:
1-A client connects to the server, the server sends a list of
currently available clients (who needs to play). [you may save
the users' names in an array, set, collection, Map..as you
like].
2- The client selects one of the clients to play with, the server
assigns O for one of them and X for the other.
3- Both clients begin the play process so that one of them
sends the location where s/he wants to put the X or O.
4- The server sends both clients the positions of O and X (you
may use an array for that), that displayed on clients' screens
(to see what the other client plays).
5- The game stops when one of them wins the game.
