ANSWER 1-  IS UNBROKEN SKIN.  Portal of entry of any pathogen--It is site in to the body of the susceptible host by which the micro organism enter and causes any disease or infection. , Mucous membrane are the most important portal of entry for microbes ,includes mucous membrane of the respiratory tract  ,gastrointestinal tract and open wound of the broken part of skin have moist surfaces to which micro organism stics and favourable conditions causes diseases

The infectious agent enter the body through different port including mucous membrane ,the skin ,the respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract. ( In fectious diseases also called as transmissible diseases or communicable disease producing symptoms like fever , headache ,characteristic sign and symptoms of particular disease),resulting from the infection , presence and growth of pathogenic biological agents in an individual host organism

The transmission of micro organism occurs from one to another

a- directly-when transmission occurs direct contact between micro organism and host

b- indirectly -when a mediator or carrier is present between host and micro organism ,for carrying micro organism to host

Droplets contact by coughing and sneezing  by infected person ,commonly air born infection enters through nose or mouth part of respiratory system .In direct or in direct physical contact generally through the wound on the surface of skin Vector born diseases  as sting of the vector
