Self-esteem is the opinion of a person for self-abilities. Self-esteem can be high or low. Sometimes it can be neutral. But occasionally everybody has some doubts about their self-esteem. The lower self-esteem will lead to insecurity and unmotivated. It can identify those aspects that affect a person's self-opinion about bullying, or it could be mastery over it. 

Some steps can lead to developing a healthy self-concept such as:

  •  Be nice to yourself
  • Be positive about what you have done
  • Nobody is perfect in life
  • Focus on what you can change for betterment.
