Problem 8
Banks and credit card companies use a checksum algorithm known as the Luhn algorithm to verify credit card numbers and
bank account numbers. Write a function that takes a credit card number (as a string) and returns True if it is a valid number
and False if not. The algorithm is as follows:
1. Number the digits 0, 1, 2, ...
2. Keep track of the sum of all the even-indexed digits
3. The odd-indexed digits get passed to a function that multiplies the digit by 2 and then adds the digits. Ex. if 7 is the
3rd index, then we would really add 5 because 7 * 2 = 14 and 1+4= 5.
4. After all the digits are added appropriately, valid bank accounts and credit cards will be evenly divisible by 10.
Example IO:
validate luhn ('79927398713') #returns True
validate luhn ('79297398713’) #returns False
