This communication is also recommended while you are developing your project proposal, progress report by time. Requirements: In your project you are required to consider all the activities/processes under knowledge areas including Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resources Management, Stakeholders and Communication Management, Risk Management, Change Management and Integration Management and project closing. You need to elaborate how these processes are considered, mapped and carried out under each phase of your chosen project. For time and cost estimate, you need to elaborate how the activities are carried out. The tasks for this project are, Integration Management o Elaborate how you would go about developing project charter under initiation phase Develop a brief project charter. Scope Management o Discuss the various steps required to define, develop and manage scope. Develop a detailed scope statement including scope items, exclusions, deliverables, assumptions, constraints and risks. o Construct work break down structure (WBS) Develop a scope management process and change request management process that you will be following in your project Time Management o Discuss the various steps required to define, develop and manage schedule. Determine resources need for your project Draw a Gantt Chart of the tasks, timeline and required resources Cost Management o Discuss the various steps required to define, develop and manage budget. o Estimate cost for your project Project Closing o List all the project deliverables and project completion agreed by all the stakeholders Conduct project post-mortem and calculate the project’s performance in terms of schedule, cost and quality.
