Question
Please comment on the following about organsational burnout: Today, I feel there are days I feel great, but there are days that I feel completely burnt out and want to sleep for three days straight. Currently, I am taking 21 credit hours, taking real estate school, as well as obtaining three jobs. While this sounds like a ton on my plate, it is something I signed myself up and knew what I was getting into. While some days are difficult and I want to just relax, there most days where I enjoy it. I am someone who loves a heavy workload and being on the go all the time, so it depends on the day. Once I finally graduate in May, there will be much less of a workload on my plate.
