He used to record the daily number of visitors since June 2022 opening and compare the montly sales of its merchants. The food Court operates from Friday to Sunday at 10:00am to 9:00pm. He found out that there are dominant stalls, and have the highest revenue. He was worried, that those who are in lowest sales might not renew their contract anymore. By the end of the 4th quarter of 2022, Mr. Chua wanted to increase more revenue and patrons in his food court.
