Is it possible that cloud computing might address the problems that have been raised? Should you pay attention to everything that happens that seems familiar, or should you just ignore it?

For each of the framework's issues, you must first describe the challenges that will occur during implementation, and only then explain how you intend to get past those obstacles. This is a prerequisite to outlining how you intend to overcome the problems you've discovered. Cloud computing may be the answer to all of these issues, but is it really? Do you need to pay attention, or can you ignore this for the time being?

Think about the obstacles you'll run against as you construct the framework, and investigate any aspects that might scuttle or derail any given choice. Does cloud computing provide a solution to these issues? Is there a risk that anything bad may happen?
