It is common for people to make generalizations about other cultures. For example: all French people wear "berets" or all Canadians play hockey. What are two other generalizations about French-speaking people or countries? Are they fair and accurate generalizations? If so why and if not, why not?

What is a third culture?  It is a culture that has emerged in a society after two previous iterations of culture.  It is the culture a person finds at work; the first two cultures are the ones they get from their parents. It is a culture created by two people (or groups of people) with different cultures.

What challenges would an expat face while working in UAE and Switzerland? Does learning another language would be a prerequisite for working in these two countries and provide personal thoughts about the cultural adjustment in both UAE and Switzerland separately.
