Is outsourcing good or bad? Please explain both pros and cons with examples
An organization is required to carry out various functions that play an important role. Since various activities are required to be completed, it is necessary to hire some external parties that can carry out some of the functions. With the era of globalization, outsourcing has gained much importance. Tasks are given according to the expertise held. Outsourcing involves assigning work to the external parties rather than relying on the in-house team. Since there are no geographic boundaries, the scope of outsourcing has expanded and people belonging to one country can easily carry out the work of the companies located in another country. Outsourcing has both advantages and disadvantages.
