It aims to strategically nurture, promote, encourage, and manage employees so that can provide a competitive advantage to the company. It can also include basic functions compensation, recruitment, etc.
Get right human resources at the right job at the right time, is something which is considered as the most important task.
Human with Marketing knowledge cannot do the job of Accounting and vice a versa. It is important for the AI tool as well to segment the job and match the profile in such a way as needed and best suitable for.
