How do you change the BorderStyle property of a control in the Properties window?

If this is the case, the Text property of a Label control is set to an initial value that corresponds to the name of the Label control. If this is not the case, the Text property is left empty. When the control is initially created, this value is the one that is set to it.

If this is the case, the Label control's Text property will initially be set to the same value as the control's label. When the control is initially created, it is given this value.
