How do you make sure that objects what your creating while using application they are disposed properly what are the different rules or checklist you follow? What is the criteria to create abstract class and interface?

Explain the purpose of inheritance. And then explain why the Circle class can inherit from the Ellipse class. This question seems pretty straight forward and I understand what inheritance is and why it is used. I am confused about the second part of the question because I know there is quite a bit of discussion about Circle and Ellipse being classed together in Python. Is it possible for the circle class to inherit from the ellipse class and why? That is what is confusing me.
