A Delinquent is basically a person who is regarded as an amputated part of the smooth functioning of the society, hence in order to maintain the equilibrium of society a delinquent person is sent to a rehabilitation centre so that they rectify themselves and get back to become a part of the normal mainstream society.
What is delinquency?
It is basically small crimes that are committed by people of any age however when a young or a child commits a delinquent act they are termed as juvenile delinquents but when the same act is performed by an adult then they will be termed as a criminal.
