Introduction
Unemployment is a chronic problem which occurs when some workers are unable to get jobs in the economy even after actively looking for them at the wage rates. Some level of unemployment is always prevalent in the economy because some workers are always changing their jobs. This is what is known as natural rate of unemployment which consists of frictional as well as structural unemployment. Frictional unemployment occurs due to changes in Jobs and when students start their carriers whereas structural unemployment occurs due to structural and technological changes.
