Redistricting in texas:
Redistricting is a process by which the district boundaries and borders, territory, were redrawn to guarantee equal rights and equal representation prior to the states. By the law, around 43 states with more than one representative must restrict in each state according to the census. There is addition and removal of old districts by new congressional districts.
Reapportionment:
Reapportionment refers to the redistribution of the senators thorough out the states based on the population that is renewed every 10years. Redistricting happens after the reapportionment when the state divides itself into new congressional districts and their representatives based on population.
