Describe leadership skills needed to be a good business manager?
The ability to influence and control subordinates or other group members is known as leadership. Aspects of leadership include making good — and oftentimes difficult — decisions, outlining and articulating a clear vision, establishing reasonable goals, and providing subordinates with the knowledge and tools they need to accomplish those objectives. The majority of societal segments, such as business, politics, neighborhood communities, and charitable organizations, desire leaders. Self-assurance, great communication and management skills, creative and innovative thinking, resilience in the face of setbacks, readiness to take risks, openness to change, and calm and fast thinking in emergency circumstances are all traits of a successful leader.
