Question

I am supposed to work back through the circuit to find the power of the 100V source, I found i0 which was 1mA which means I can use that current through the 5k and 100k (R) resistors. While doing source transformation I got a 80V source parallel to the 12mA current source so that means I can use P=VI to get power there. I also figured that there was a 20V drop across the 1k resistor. I am unsure of how to find the power for the 20k and 3k resistors so I would like help finding the power through these in particular.

and of course, some of my previous assumptions that I made could also be wrong
