• Medical history shows he maintained a reasonably healthy
diet and was a normal weight
Described his job as stressful
History of smoking cigarettes
Family history of heart disease and lung cancer
• According to the last person to ride in his car, he had
complained of nausea as well as a sore arm and neck.
Previous hospitalization two years ago to treat a deep vein
thrombosis, which is the result of a blood clot in a vein of the
leg
