Can we use this model to predict the time to drill 5 feet starting at 500 feet? Explain. And is the Y- intercept a reasonable part of the model? Why or why not ?

Thanks for the help. However, the homework program does not accept that as the correct answer. I reworked the problem using a radius of 16 - (1/3y - 4/3) , which is the y=16 line minus the linear function, but I still did not come up with the correct answer. Any ideas?
