the distillate (top product) of the first column is fed to the second one. It is known
that:
• The feed to the column contains 30 wt% X, 45 wt% Y, and 25 wt% Z.
• The "Bottom l" product contains only X and Y, with a 80 wt% X
• The "Top I" stream contains only Y and Z.
Both "Bottom II" and "Top II" stream contain only Y and Z. The "Top II" stream
contains 72% Z. The "Bottom Il" stream contains 30% Y and flows at a rate of
220 kg/hr.
