Calculate the difference between a and b and return a String as shown below. (Do not print out the String)
• If the difference is positive, return "a is bigger by" + diff.
• If the difference is negative, return "b is bigger by" + diff.
• If there is NO difference between the two numbers, return "EQUAL"
