I am so confused about where to start in this problem.
Here is the homework:
I am making my famous sweet and hot pickled jalapenos this weekend. Here is the recipe:
3 pounds jalapenos
2 cups cider vinegar
6 cups of sugar
1/2 t turmeric
1/3 t celery seed
1/2 t cayenne pepper
3 t garlic powder
The problem is we want a big batch! My husband bought 8 pounds of jalapenos! I need you to change to recipe for me. Make sure you explain how you knew what to do. Good luck!
