6. Submit your paragraphs to the group leader who will compile all the paragraphs from the
different members of the group in a cohesive and readable format ensuring use of APA 7th
edition. This should be done at least one week prior to the due date. Putting everyone's
input into one constructive paper requires "organization and accuracy". Your paper must
flow cohesively in a systematic order.
7. The group leader will send a copy of the report to each member for review and editing.
8. Once finalized, the group leader will download the paper in Blackboard. One grade will be
issued to all members of the group. If the group leader states any member has not
participated in the group project, once validated, that student will receive a zero for this
assignment.
Tips to Consider:
⚫ Review Chapter 19, "The Selection Process (Dunn & Haimann's, Healthcare
Management)
• Prepare your interview - conduct research to ensure your interview questions are not
biased or misleading. There are lots of examples on the internet.
Decide ahead of time where your interview will be conducted.
In your paper, the first section is your introduction. I will be looking for:
How did this group prepare for the interview
Did you utilize directive or non-directive interview - or both.
• Please submit a list of the interview questions that were asked.
What were your results?
⚫ Based on your results, what is your conclusion?
