The group report will be graded based on the details noted below. Instructions: 1. Select a group leader. 2. Participate in a mock interview regarding the above position. You may participate in two ways: a. Complete the interview at the career center at NSU or b. Complete the interview with a group member. 3. Every member of the group must complete an interview or be interviewed for this mock Customer Service position. 4. Every member of the group who was interviewed, should reflect on the interview process and any feedback they received from the person who interviewed them and write a minimum of two well written paragraphs on your entire experience (Note: 2 well written paragraphs equal one full page double spaced). 5. Your entire experience should include but not be limited to the following: • What questions were asked in the interview? • Were there any questions that you struggled to answer? Once finalized, the group leader will download the paper in Blackboard. One grade will be issued to all members of the group. If the group leader states any member has not participated in the group project, once validated, that student will receive a zero for this assignment.
