A more rapid assessment of the degree to which citizens are satisfied with the work performed by the candidate who was chosen.

Evaluation of citizen satisfaction may be made more quickly if it is determined whether the performance of the candidates voted on is satisfactory (the voters have the option to either continue to re-elect the candidate, so prolonging their term, or replace them with someone else who is more qualified). Take, for instance, the elections in the United States of America: (given that the United States is a first-world nation, meaning it is highly developed and robust compared to the Philippines, which is still developing gradually). The standard term length for national posts in the United States is presently four years, with the option to run again.

His general elected term of service lasted eight years. During that time, many of the advancements and plans he sought for his country were accomplished and significantly benefited his country. During the term of the former president of the United States, Barack Obama, the citizens of the United States were so pleased with his performance and leadership as president that they re-elected him once again for the next term. This shows the citizens are pleased with his performance and leadership as president. It is up to the people once again to decide on their votes for the next term if Joe Biden would prove to be a good leader and if he could fulfill his expected duties; the citizens are allowed to do so. In contrast, the citizens of the United States were dissatisfied with the performance and leadership of former US President Donald Trump, which led to him losing the second election and being replaced by Joe Biden as the current president of the United States. In this case, it This would likely lead to better voting decisions and help lessen the chances of accumulating more wasted resources from the government budget or expenses made by officials who prove to be unsatisfactory or lacking in their duties. This is because this helps the people decide faster on their satisfaction with the elected official's performance - whether they should re-elect or replace the candidate for the next term - and since this helps the people decide whether they should replace the candidate or re-elect them for the next term.

Another important thing for us to note is that this four-year term with reelection is common practice in several nations that are far further along in terms of development and history than our own. This offers them a substantial desire to do better in their term to be re-elected for a second term, which gives us a possible hypothesis that this practice may enhance our election results and the performances of our selected elected officials. This suggests that this practice may improve our election results and the versions of our chosen elected officials.
