Question
A charging circuit that will deliver constant DC current will be designed. The input of the circuit is 220V / 50Hz AC and its output
It will be 5V / 2A DC.
The circuit will consist of 3 parts:
AC transformer will reduce the voltage on the input
ii. AC rectifier circuit will convert low AC voltage to DC
iii. Current source, this part will keep the current at the output constant.
You determine the transformer drop rate in the first part. Its output is low voltage AC
as the source and design the second and third parts accordingly.

One way to do this is to use a heat sink to draw heat away from the component without cooling the connection point too much.
