set an output F to 1 when the 3 inputs are the unsigned binary
representation of a prime number, otherwise output F is set to 0.
Assume that A represents the most significant bit and C the least
significant bit. Recall that a prime number is a number that is only
divisible by itself and "1" but that “1" is not prime. Design the logic
circuit to produce output F given the 3-bit input A, B, C.
