Moore, George Henry. An American historical writer; born in Concord, NH, April 20, 1823; died in New York City, May 5, 1892. He published: ‘The Treason of Charles Lee’ (1858); ‘Employment of Negroes in the Revolutionary Army’ (1862); ‘Notes on the History of Slavery in Massachusetts’ (1866); and ‘Washington as an Angler.’
