Woolson, Constance Fenimore. An American novelist and poet; born at Claremont, NH, March 5, 1840; died at Venice, Jan. 1894. Her principal books are: ‘Castle Nowhere’ (1875); ‘Rodman the Keeper’ (1880); ‘Anne’ (1882); ‘For the Major’ (1883); ‘East Angels’ (1886); ‘Jupiter Lights’ (1889); and ‘Horace Chase’ (1894).
