What is the Capital of Egypt?

Answer – The capital of Egypt is Cairo.

Explanation:

Cairo is one of the largest cities in Africa and is located on the banks of the Nile in the north of Egypt. “Al-Qahirah” is the Arabic name for Cairo and it mean “the victorious”. The city remained central to Egypt throughout the period of British rule and afterwards. The Pharaohs, the Greeks, and the Romans left their imprints here. Now, Cairo encompasses iconic landmarks such as the Pyramids of Giza, Cairo Opera House, and the Egyptian Museum.
