Yatim Case Study

The Yokuts inhabited the San Joaquin valley in California. There were over 40 independent groups and each of them had a distinct name, dialect and territory. The San Joaquin Valley is bounded by mountains on the east, west and south and to the north flow the Kern and San Joaquin rivers into the ocean. The climate in the valley is hot with dry mild summers, semiarid winters and very minimal precipitation. Originally, the area was rich in a network of rivers, streams, lakes and sloughs fed by waters from Sierra Nevada to the east and it is very productive and rich in resources such as food, wood for construction, firewood and manufacturing tools. After these rivers and streams were diverted for agricultural purposes, the valley dried up and became a vast area of farmland. The foothills elevations are higher and cooler and are occupied by some Yokuts groups. They managed their environment both passively and actively to improve forage for deer, eliminate underbrush growth, make it easy to traverse, and for hunters as well. Passively, they did religious ceremonies to ensure the continuation of favorable conditions.

Introduction Nyla Yaites is an African American female, four years and eleven months of age. Nyla was chosen for this case study because she seems to be a very interesting young girl. We attend the same church and she has always greeted me with a pleasant smile and hug. Nyla appears to have a sophisticated vocabulary, playful character, and seems to be well behaved for a four year old. I am very excited about observing her for this case study.

Hi Yannett, I can understand how commuting can be exhausting. I also commute from home, and as you said it is hard to maintain healthy relationships with my family when I'm home only to sleep, or do homework. It takes me around 40 minutes to get here, but before moving here I used to spend around 2 hours too. All I can say is that as long as you are able to manage your time, and to stay motivated there is nothing that can't be accomplished. I wish you all the best for you to succeed in college! Childhood immunizations, well child checks, and routine screenings are often missed. Agricultural workers economically contribute our community. Therefore, access to healthcare and annual screenings is essential for the well-being of our entire community. We recognize these issues and as a group has developed a vision and a mission to help fill the gap in health care for this underprivileged part of our community.

The use of discretion by the officer to take action against is a better choice. However, there is a negative side that present the case that incorrect firearm usage is harmful. An example, that was consider in lecture expressed problematic discretion was the use of firearm.
