The 1980s and 90s were boom times but all goods things eventually come to an end. There will no doubt be good times again but right now individuals, businesses and communities have to adapt to economic realities in which people have less disposable income for some of the things they used to spend money on. One of these is golf. The number of gold courses grew throughout the United States in the 80s and 90s and the same was the case in Japan. Today, however, there aren't enough players anymore to support the number of courses, so many have closed. This creates the opportunity for development in places where middle-aged, mostly white males used to drive silly little carts and hit a little white ball with a club.
When I get up to the gate, the valet takes my keys and a groundskeeper took me into Tom’s backyard with a golf cart. The ride is fairly long, maybe about ten minutes just to get to the beautifully planned out yard. It has a swimming pool with a hot tub, two basketball courts, four tennis courts, and a mini beach attached. The patio area has a fountain with real diamonds in the quartz. I forget how much I miss being over here. I used to come daily.
After reviewing the NCR Country club case study, I think changing their current operation will help them to be successful. The current issues surrounding the NCR Country club operation are the lack of attracting new membership and amenities. And I think the decline has caused the club not to make any profits, which will affect their development. As a researcher I would recommend increasing membership and hiring more staff in order to meet the need of members to change their operation. In changing of current operation I would also recommend NCR Country club to change menu options. After adding the restaurant to facilities, menu option is very important because this will determine if member will prefer to eat in the facilities restaurant or

Throughout the glory and rewards that comes with being a hero, the depth behind a soldier's eyes to find his soul that is living a nightmare is unbelievable. Throughout the story “Flags of our Fathers” by James bradley, the six men in the book, most known for the Flag raisers Picture, Are glorified for their bold and courageous actions . When in reality the psychological and physical struggles that are not as well described in the book are presented in the poem “does it matter” by Siegfried Sassoon. This poem depicts the inner voice of the soldier and showing that it might be okay to become an “Amputee, blind man, or a madman” In dreadful memories and physical tragedies weighing down on a person's conscience. A soldier comes to question his nation's own worth.
In today’s first world countries, they have adopted towards choices that would ultimately benefit their progression in humanity and one way they did was by adopting a universal healthcare; however, the United States is the only country to have not. It is the only country that has one of the highest healthcare expenditures which should result with high-quality healthcare however it seems to be the opposite; the United States spends the most in total health care spending per capita yet has one of the worst healthcare when compared to other first world countries statistics. If a universal healthcare was adopted and properly implemented within the U.S. healthcare system then despite the initial displeasing ramifications I firmly believe that the new structure will bring an improvement in the lives of Americans.
