The internet at the house is working fine, in fact I am using it right now. Perhaps it was an issue with which WiFi you were trying to use, or using an incorrect password. I know I had to explain the passwords to you via email, even though that information was all on a informational sheet at the house. I just checked my connection speed at speedtest.net, and it shows over 60 M using the WiFi at the house, which is pretty quick for Hawaii. I only get about 70M hard wired down at my house. I had to re set it a few times during your stay though, so that may have caused a momentary loss. The last emailed comment from you regarding the internet, was that it was totally fine. I know the first two days (with the storms) caused internet issues, …show more content…
However when I saw it, I knew there was an issue. I would have gladly filled it myself, but you replied that you already did it. There is a large note on the Hot Tub, and it is specifically stated in the Lease to not use the hot tub with lotion or sun block on. But apparently that was missed. As shown in the Lease, to drain, sanitize, refill, heat, and add new chemicals is not an inexpensive task, nor is it a quick …show more content…
The Lease is very clear, and the check out information sign at the house is also very clear. I also gave specific check out information (in the email with the price quote) prior to booking, as I always do. We've never had a group disregard the Lease and Check Out procedures as much as this. A few minor "infractions" are to be expected though, and we consider ourselves to be very reasonable. We are part of an organized group of Vacation Home owners here in Kona and Waikoloa (over 200 members), and our personal standards for Housekeeping / Check Out are pretty realistic. Our group's Lawyer has actually suggested that our Lease be used as a standard form for the other home owners. We walk thru each other's homes regularly, and numerous other owners have commented on how well supplied our home

You may be in a location where there are no wireless broadband alternatives or may have poor cellular coverage. This might be rectified by adding a 'cell site' to your home.
Following are the factors a customer should consider before taking a buying or leasing decision.
Going to the community pool was always fun as a kid until, you got the blistering sunburn. Of course, your mom applied your sunscreen right before hopping into the cooling water. Even though, you had SPF applied you could have still ended up with a red sunburn. Lucky for you, we have some ideas on how not to burn and have fun in the sun.
Should Wi-Fi technology in the 21st century be kept from the wild? In The Atlantic article “Wifi in the Woods” by Jason Mark, the internet is difficult for people to get away from. Mark discusses that a group of people travelling to the tundra, including DJ Spooky (a record producer), adapted to their environment, when they encountered a loss of internet signal. He also explained that companies are laying out plans to add internet to wild country. Furthermore, he discusses the pros like checking weather information and global connectivity, and the cons like no escaping from government oppressors and losing the calmness of the wood. Wifi technology is of more positive development in rustic
The buyer’s inspection report noted that these issues were unconfirmed and that additional investigation was required before any conclusions could be drawn. Furthermore, Rong sent several emails to me asking if we had any knowledge of mold or floods. I decided increased transparency was the best way to elevate the buyer’s concerns so I provided a copy of an inspection report conducted by one of the previous potential buyers which gave the house a clean bill of health. Rong even called the realtor who represented that buyer and independently verified the condition of the property did not play a role in the subsequent withdrawal from escrow. This phantom menace became a focal point for the buyers, an issue for which there was no basis in fact yet considerable reliance.

Managing unrealistic tenant expectations is an unavoidable challenge that every property management teams will eventually face. The reality is that community managers, leasing staff and office personnel are human, and are subject to the same time and space constraints that tenants and other mortals face. While you cannot expect to always agree with a resident’s point of view, it’s important to at least consider the opposing lens.
Summer hair health suggestions: Before you swim saturate your hair with water. (Not pool water) Like a glass your hair can only hold so much. If it is already thoroughly wet, chlorine will not penetrate as much and cause damage. Also, using hair oils, hair grease and other emollients serve as a barrier to protect the hair from the pool’s harsh chemicals.
I'm glad that you guys got the place. Jason told me about your jerk landlord and what a fool he is. So when are you going to go and make the move? After you get yourselves together I would like to come up and check it out.

I have some grievances in regard to the leasing agreement. Firstly, it seems predatory to force applicants to sign a lease as part of the application process. By doing so coerce applicants into a legally binding contract. Therefore, leaving applicants without the chance to shop around. Since in order to know if one is approved for an apartment one must first apply. Secondly it seems unfair to make some applicants pay a higher upfront cost to move-in. Since the amount is based on the guarantor credit score, this policy seems to discriminate against minorities considering that minorities tend to have lower credit scores than their white counterparts. And lastly since applicants are required to sign a lease upfront it makes it impossible to back
In Blank, we have one main phone and internet company and we lost all Wi-Fi and phone connections due to a broken fiber optic cable. Because of that, the whole Island have not had Wi-Fi for five days. The Wi-Fi and phone connections started working in some parts of the Island on July 11, around 11 pm - 12 am, but it is very slow. We are temporarily borrowing internet from another
