Why Join Anonymous

In the early days of computing, a hacker was primarily referred to as a computer guru, someone who is extremely technical with a high expertise in computer also known as “Expert Programmers”. Nevertheless, as technology is advancing at a face pace, hacking has adopted a completely different definition. The modern definition is someone who access a computer system primarily to steal or destroy information. Hacking has caused major harm in the realm of technology. Over the years, hackers have become much more lethal in their craft. They manage to break into complex information systems from entities such as banks, government agencies, and private businesses. Furthermore, they often manipulate their victims through social engineering in order to obtain financial benefits. Hackers hold different label such as: black hat hacker and white hat hacker in which all have their own motives.

I have always like studying and helping others. I realized that without education people, I, don´t have a future or an opportunity in life. Joining the Beta Club is a way for me to get experience and knowledge in something that I like to do or something I will like to do. Helping others with an activity that they can´t do by themselves without getting a reward but just the knowledge that you did something good, is a great thing to feel. Aiming towards my goals and dreams is one of my main priorities. Dedicating my time and effort towards it, is letting me become a better student, citizen, and person.

Anonymous is an activist group. This is going to be a quick paper summary explain what anonymous about.

I would like to join Beta Club to further my leadership skills and to work with teenagers my age to help fundraise for the needy. It’s important to help out our community locally. This means both actively helping out at different agencies such as soup kitchens and animal shelters, as well as helping to keep our environment clean. By working together, I think we will all be able to reach our goals and will be able to impact our community. Along the way we will help others and gain valuable life skills.

The word hacking, usually associated with information technology, is a term used for the development of creative solutions for a problem by someone in a non-professional environment. With the introduction of personal computers and the internet, anyone could create solutions to problems in computer science. This led to the emergence of “hacker culture”, leading to the decentralization of computer industry (Hicks, 2014).

Tor provides the foundation for a range of applications that allow organizations and individuals to share information over public networks without compromising their privacy.

Tor allows users to surf the net, chat and send instant messages anonymously, and is employed by a large form of folks for each licit and illicit functions. Tor has, maybe, been utilized by criminal enterprises, hacktivism teams, and enforcement agencies at cross functions, typically simultaneously; likewise, agencies among the U.S. government multifariously fund Tor (the U.S. State Department, the National Science Foundation, and – through the Broadcasting Board of Governors.

The prevalence and participation of various Anonymous groups (I.e. Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Overeaters Anonymous, etc.) has grown substantially over the last decade. Researchers suggest that attendance is an important part of recovery from substance abuse disorders, but dropout and relapse is still a common aspect of patient recovery. This review attempts to address what type of individuals would benefit from Anonymous groups, why relapses or dropouts occur in conjunction with participation in the Anonymous groups, and how we can use this information in a clinical setting to facilitate

In this day and age living in the era of the computer, it has become more mainstream and common to hear of cyber attacks, and crime being committed on the internet. Activism however, has become a prominent way to protest or argue a political view. Using related technologies and the internet have become a vital way for some to share their views. With the rise of the internet, “hacktivism” has become a prominent way for protest groups to express while also promoting a political agenda often related to free speech, human rights, and freedom of information.

Also, the author explains these groups have found a hole in the Cyber law. Since they are not showing any signs of cyber terrorism and they have an unknown number of people the US government cannot convict them. This means that Congress has to find a way to rewrite the laws, which were written in 1986, so they can take this case to court. Anonymous is a hacking group that is like a law against the law. They have hacked into a news channel in 2015 and 2016. Sometimes they stand up to bullies. But they usually try to stay unknown so they wear masks. The mask has a robotic face with a mustache that is smiling and the eyes had holes in them so you could see their eyes and you can move the mouth think a puppet. They will do anything to get more people to join them. In every sentence they start out by saying we are anonymous to remind everyone who they are. The things that they do is probably just too get more attention. They are so well known that people try to pretend to be anonymous to either scare people or prank people. There are videos on youtube of grown men or teenagers trolling

Author Anonymous was tourtore to my heart. This is a book that will shock the reading world to it's core. Readers, Bloggers, Authors as a community we understand the part of us that lives in a fantesy world created by romance novels, community take note we have one women down. What happens when reality and fantesy co-exist.

The film Killswitch was about the government trying to monopolize and control user traffic on the internet. Whether it is for security purposes or financial gain, our system of democracy is being compromised at a technological level. Several speakers including Tim Wu, expressed how “hacktivism” was a revolutionary tool used to take a stand against government interference.

Privacy is one of the major concerns in today’s world. People want to keep their identity secret for different reasons. It varies according to audience. For eg. Corporate world would like to remain anonymous for business interests. The efficiency of internet motivates the companies to use internet over intranet. But along with that the question of anonymity also arise. After in dept analysis of “Proxies for anonymous routing” and “A protocol for anonymous communication over the Internet” papers,different solutions that address the issue of anonymity are discussed in the report.
