They do not feel safe and comfortable. If maintenance staffing is minimal, components need to be simple and built to last forever. As visitors flow through museums, they break and lose items. They actively and continuously make the viewer engage with the items on display through the knowledge that they produce and the structure of the displays.

Names of famous Native Americans are displayed along with their contributions to the ethnic group.
