All leaders are flawed which critics may point to as a reason why they won’t make good leaders. Bernie Sanders flaws which critics points out to most of the time is his steadfast ideological philosophies that are unrealistic and can never work. For example, according to Allen Clifton,”The fact remains that, while Sanders is pushing for a lot of massive changes to how this country functions, almost every major pillar on which he’s running stands zero chance at getting through Congress.” Although some may argue are fanciful can never work or get through congress, a president who at least has an interest in changing the country is better than one who will stick with whatever will get him/her elected.Furthermore, even if his ideas can’t get past
I, William Schnautz am writing this letter to inform the Church Administration of my resignation of my office of overseer and deacon, due to reason chancges in personal matters I am unable to preform my duties in a manner that is pleasing to God. To safeguard my membership in the Church of Christ it would be best to remove myself from the offices that I hold, so that I can reevaluate myself and to properly manage my family in a way that follows the will of God.
In conclusion, Bernie Sanders would make a terrific president. Out of all the candidates he is definitely the most sane but besides that he believes in the things that actually matter. Not only does he support the poor and middle class but his proposals and plans could work in making this country
The 2016 Presidential Campaign candidate, Bernie Sanders, believes in creating a better America. In proving to the American people, rich and poor, how great the country can be if all people vote for who is trusted best as future President of the United States. The political figures in government care about money and wealth, not the people. Bernard Sanders would be the best choice for President for the main reason that he is concerned about the issues in America that create inequality for the people. The issues addressed by this candidate will create social and economic equality.
We need someone to hold the office with dignity, pride, and an open mind. A president should be someone who behaves in a manner that we can look up to, and Bernie certainly fits the bill. He has all the qualities and holds all the views that our next president needs in order to be successful. It is exceedingly difficult to dislike Bernie Sanders as a presidential candidate. The foundation of his campaign advocates policies for the working/middle class citizens of the United States, and NOT the big money interests. He exemplifies authenticity in his campaign promises and has a near impeccable voting record to back it up. Majority of candidates concern themselves with inconsequential rhetoric: Immigration, de-funding planned parenthood, refusing to believe climate change and banning same-sex marriage. Bernie has the cognitive clarity to see beyond the political wedge issues and elevate his presidential ambitions to the quintessential issues of the present day. He voted against the Iraq war, understands the growing epidemic of income
The background of Bernie Sanders makes him an advantageous president. He started as an Independent politician. I haven’t chosen if I’m a Democrat or Republican because I don’t want to get in a party and believe everything they do. Sanders was independent and he could see other ideologies without being biased of his own politics. He later decided to be a democrat so he can be in a party and then be well known and get support. Another reason from his background is because his parents were Jewish immigrants. He has a higher chance of understanding how hard it is for immigrants to come to this country looking for opportunities.
Ben Heile Mr. Lunn CP English III February 29, 2024 Macbeth's Final Essay Do you ever deal with consequences for something out of your control or because of a poor decision you made? Those are known as fate and personal choice, and they are both things you will deal with throughout your life. Throughout the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare, characters are seen having consequences for actions they could and couldn’t control. For instance, King Duncan was murdered, or Macbeth was killed due to the murder of King Duncan. Yet every action could’ve been avoided by a choice someone decided to make.

A leader must be able to show that they are vulnerable in order to demonstrate that they are human and subject to the same weaknesses and issues as anyone else. According to Moussavi-Bock (2011), a leader’s vulnerability creates a culture of “openness, truth telling, innovation, and most importantly, connection” (p. 62). By admitting vulnerability, a leader allows themselves to connect to followers emotionally and their interactions become more authentic and meaningful (Ito & Bligh, 2016).

Not all leaders are famous like Martin Luther King, most leaders are ordinary people; you can walk down the street and run into someone and not know that they are a very powerful leader. I personally know of a good leader that is an ordinary person; my father. Although some people believe that leaders are born and not made, I believe that anyone can become a leader if they have enough courage and are thick skinned. There are many words that people come up with when they are asked to describe what makes a good leader. The most popular characteristics used to describe a good leader would be a good listener, responsible, and decisive. When you think of what makes a good leader you should also ask what kind of education they have and what

Further this essay will analyse the future aspects of theories which would establish whether a leader was born with leadership qualities or made into a successful leader.
LEADERS ARE BORN NOT MADE There have been an age long debate, and humans since beginning of time, have tried to come up with an answer to this question – Are Leaders born or are they made?. This question has generated an age long debate, which in turn has resulted in various school of thoughts, some believe that leaders are born, while others think otherwise. My contribution to this lifelong debate will serve as a pointer to my position on this issue. I strongly believe that leaders are born and not made. Who is a Leader? - “A leader is a person who guides others toward a common goal, showing the way by example, and creating an environment in which other team members feel actively involved in the entire process. A leader is not the boss of
When an employee of an organization feels their performance and achievements do not matter, that organization may ultimately suffer. Genuinely recognizing the value of your employees will help stop a leader from falling into the pitfalls of leadership, and having their employees enter into a dimension known as the ‘critter state”. An employee that falls into this state is known to have their ideas and skills fall short while they focus on a single question: “What will keep me safe?” (Comaford C., 2013). Below, I will explore the leadership pitfalls and how to possibly avoid them.
